2 min read

Ne-Yo is returning to the road with his Champagne and Roses Tour, powered by Live Nation.

The 15-date run begins Sept. 9 in Detroit, Michigan, at Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hill, before making stops in other U.S. cities such as Cleveland, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Dallas and San Diego.

The tour will conclude Oct. 4 in Mountain View, California, at Shoreline Amphitheatre.

Robin Thicke and Mario will join Ne-Yo as supporting acts.

Presale tickets for Citi® card cardholders members begin Tuesday, June 13, at 10 a.m. local time. Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, June 16, at 10 a.m. local time on ticketmaster.com.

VIP packages will also be available, which could include premium tickets, a meet and greet with Ne-Yo, exclusive merch and more.

Ne-Yo’s upcoming tour will support his 2022 album Self-Explanatory. The LP consists of 13 tracks and features artists such as Jeremih, Yung Bleu, Trippie Redd, and Zae France.

The album’s hit single “U 2 Luv” reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart.

While on the road, Thicke may choose to preview his untitled ninth studio album and his debut album, A Beautiful World. The latter album is celebrating its 20th anniversary. Thicke celebrated that milestone with an expanded edition last month.

Most recently, Thicke dropped a visual for his Yo Gotti-assisted track “Brown Liquor.”

Mario has tons of music to perform on the road, including his Ty Dolla $ign-guested “Used To Me” and “Like Her Too.” He recently invited Sabrina Claudio for a new rendition of the latter track, initially released in December 2022.

Regarding his track with Ty, Mario told Rated R&B, “It’s about the psychological love in a relationship [and] the journey — how you can go from being in love with the person to falling out, but still being in love and being intimate, but yet things aren’t like they used to be. It’s about realizing where you are at that point. At the end of the day, you love each other, so y’all still probably going to f**k. It’s a little toxic, but it’s honest.”
