Chelsea Football Club have confirmed the announcement of two players after the arrival of Nicolas Jackson from Villareal.
The Blues announced two youngsters, Diego Moreira from Benfica and Alex Mattos from Norwich, both players join the Blues as free agents. Moreira, 18, joined Benfica from Standard Liege in 2020 and was part of the side which won the 2022 UEFA Youth League.
The arrival of both players is the aftermath of the announcement of forwards Nicolas Jackson from Villarreal and Christopher Nkunku from RB Leipzig, while Ruben Loftus-Cheek has completed a permanent move to AC Milan.
Other players that have left the club are Kai Havertz, N’Golo Kante, Kalidou Koulibaly and goalkeeper Edouard Mendy.
